Returns and Exchanges
At Shiphrelez, we want you to be completely satisfied with your indoor plant purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss a return or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, indoor plants must meet the following conditions:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Plants must be in their original condition and packaging
- Plants must show clear signs of damage or health issues that existed at the time of delivery
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Damaged or Unhealthy Plants
If you receive an indoor plant that is damaged or appears unhealthy upon delivery, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Please do not return plants without first contacting us.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged plant upon delivery. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned plant, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your indoor plant for a different variety, please contact us to discuss availability. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and price differences.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we cannot accept returns for:
- Plants that have been damaged due to improper care after delivery
- Plants that have been repotted or significantly altered
- Custom orders or special requests
